Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, you must reserve a room and pay for tickets online. We have games available Wednesday through Sunday. However, if you would like to host a special event that is outside of our regular business hours, we can accommodate your party by opening any day or time upon request.
Can I bring anything in to room with me?
You cannot bring anything into the room with you that would assist you with your escape. We have lockers that hold purses, cameras, and smart phones while you play the game. If you are uncomfortable leaving any of your belongings in our office, please leave them in your vehicle.
Will I be in the room with people I don't know?
Nope! Unless someone in your group brings a friend you haven't met, or you're on a blind date! Once you make a booking for one of our games, the remaining tickets are
blocked to the public.
Are the doors really locked?
Yes, the doors are locked but your game is closely monitored. If there is an emergency, the doors will be opened promptly.
What should I wear?
There is not a dress code but we suggest wearing something comfortable.
Can my child participate?
Our rooms are family friendly. We have had children as young as 6 years old in the room do extremely well.
If there are children under 14 years old, a paying adult must accompany them in the room.
Do you offer group rates/discounts?
Promotion codes will be released on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/epiqescapes. As for group rates (15+ participants), please contact us for a special discount before planning your event. We also offer on-site escape games to accommodate large groups. Read more about our Mobile Escape.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are not able to make it to your scheduled game, you must call 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to reschedule your group. If you are not here by your scheduled time, once the doors lock they will not be opened. under no circumstance do we give refunds for missed games.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are $28 per person.
Can I play the same game more than once?
If you do not escape, a Game Master can show you how the room is completed. If you choose to opt out of the walk through, you may come back to try the room again at 50% off.
What is the minimum number of players required?
Each game has a minimum number of players, most are solvable with 2-3 people.
Do you book private events such as bachorlette parties?
Absolutely! We will open any day/time of the week for your special event upon request. We have a conference room and kitchen to accommodate any celebration. Read more about hosting an event.
